摘要
目的探讨不同剂量生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血(EVB)的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年7月我院收治的112例EVB患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各56例。对照组给予常规剂量生长抑素治疗,观察组给予大剂量生长抑素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、并发症发生率及1周内再出血率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的80.4%(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.4%、1周内再出血率为3.6%,显著低于对照组的19.6%、21.4%(P<0.05)。结论与常规剂量生长抑素相比,大剂量生长抑素治疗EVB的效果更佳,并发症发生率及1周内再出血率更低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of different doses of somatostatin in the treatment of esophagogastric variceal bleeding(EVB).Methods 112 patients with EVB admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to July 2019 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 56 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dose of somatostatin,while the observation group was treated with high dose of somatostatin.The therapeutic effect,incidence of complications and re-bleeding rate within 1 week were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.4%,significantly higher than 80.4%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and the re-bleeding rate within 1 week in the observation group were 5.4%and 3.6%respectively,significantly lower than 19.6%and 21.4%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional dose of somatostatin,high dose of somatostatin in the treatment of EVB has better effect,and lower incidence of complications and re-bleeding rate within 1 week,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
