摘要
为明确不安全行为发生机制、提高桥梁工程安全管理效率,本文以北口大桥为研究对象,对北口大桥作业人员从学历、年龄、工龄、安全教育培训等方面进行不安全行为影响因素分析。研究表明:作业人员学历对不安全行为影响较安全教育培训和年龄更加显著,随着学历提升,作业人员发生不安全行为的比例明显降低;安全教育培训能有效提高作业人员工作技能水平、增强安全意识,减少不安全行为的发生;不同年龄和工龄段的作业人员违章比例差异较大,随着工作经验的增加,当工龄超过20年时不安全行为发生比例明显降低。因此,对北口大桥作业人员施工作业时产生的不安全行为的影响因素及规律进行研究可为桥梁工程的安全管理提供参考。
In order to clarify the occurrence mechanism of unsafe behavior and improve the efficiency of bridge engineering safety management,the influencing factors of unsafe behavior in terms of education,age,length of service and safety training of operators of Beikou Bridge are analyzed.The results show that the educational background of operators has a more significant impact on unsafe behavior than safety training and age.With the improvement of the educational background of the operators,the proportion of unsafe behaviors decreased significantly.Safety training can effectively improve the level of operators'skills,enhance safety awareness and reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior.There are great differences in the proportion of violation of regulations among operators of different ages and length of service.With the increase of work experience,the proportion of unsafe behavior decreases significantly when the length of service is more than 20 years.The relevant research results can provide helpful reference for the safety management of bridge engineering.
