不同品种红掌叶片细胞膜稳定性和渗透调节物质对高温胁迫的响应 被引量:2

Response of cell membrane stability and osmotic adjustment substances in leaves of different cultivars of Anthurium andraeanum under high temperature stress

摘要 为探讨高温胁迫下红掌叶片细胞膜稳定性和渗透调节物质变化的规律,以耐热性不同的4个红掌盆栽品种‘阿瓦托’(‘Arento’)、‘马都拉’(‘Madural’)、‘特伦萨’(‘Turenza’)、‘甜冠军’(‘Sweet champion’)为材料,测定并分析39℃高温胁迫不同时间后4个品种叶片的相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性蛋白含量的变化。结果表明:与对照相比,高温胁迫下的4个红掌品种叶片的相对电导率和MDA含量均增加,但耐热性越强的品种增加幅度越小;脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量随着时间延长均先升高后降低,但越耐热的品种升高的幅度越大,降低幅度越小。综上,耐热性越强的红掌品种细胞膜越稳定,渗透调节物质积累的越多。 In order to explore the changes of cell membrane stability and osmotic adjustment substances in leaves of Anthurium andraeanum under high temperature stress,relative electric conductivity(REC),contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline and soluble protein of four Anthurium andraeanum cultivars with different heat resistance such as‘Arento’‘Madural’‘Madural’and‘Sweet champion’treated at 39℃for different times were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the relative electric conductivity and MDA content of four cultivars increased with time,but the stronger the heat resistance was,the smaller the relative increase rates of relative electric conductivity and MDA content were.Proline and soluble protein content in the four cultivars increased first and then decreased,but the stronger the heat resistance was,the greater the relative ascent rates of proline and soluble protein content were and the smaller the relative decreasing rates were.Therefore,the stronger the heat resistance of Anthurium andraeanum cultivars was,the better cell membrane stablility was and the more accumulated osmotic regulation substances were.
