摘要
为提升烧结成型质量,使工艺参数设定更具有定量表征,提出了基于响应面法的激光烧结成型工艺参数优化方法。设计激光烧结材料尺寸精准度为优化指标,根据响应面模型架构和评估系数分析各类因素单独作用与交互作用对材料尺寸误差率的影响程度,该程度通过等高线形状进行判定,以判定结果创建响应面法的工艺参数二次回归拟合表达式,使参数可靠性得到保证,实现激光烧结成型工艺参数的优化。结果表明,本文方法能够获得相应材料的对应参数影响值与最优工艺参数,使成型产品具有较好的精准性与更高的质量。
In order to improve the quality of sintering and make the settings of process parameters more quantitative,the optimization method of laser sintering process parameters based on response surface method is proposed.The size accuracy of laser sintering materials is designed as the optimization index.According to the response surface model framework and evaluation coefficient,the influence degree of various factors’individual and interaction on the size error rate of materials is analyzed.The degree is determined by the contour shape to create the process parameter quadratic regression fitting expression of the response surface method,so that the reliability of parameters is guaranteed and the optimization of laser sintering process parameters is realized.The results show that the method in this paper can obtain the influence value of the corresponding parameters and the optimal process parameters of the corresponding materials,so that the formed products have better accuracy and higher quality.
