Effect of laser process parameters on microstructure and properties of rapid prototyping Zr-based amorphous alloys

摘要 用激光快速成型技术研究激光工艺参数对Zr基非晶合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:在一定的激光工艺参数下,制备的Zr基非晶合金样品几乎为非晶态,仅有少量晶体析出相,且样品的耐腐蚀性能最佳,随着扫描速度的增大,样品内晶体析出相不断增加,硬度不断增强;随着激光功率的提高,样品内不再存在大面积非晶组织,晶化严重,硬度与耐腐蚀性能明显下降。 The effects of laser process parameters on the microstructure and properties of Zr-based amorphous alloys were investigated by laser rapid prototyping.The results show that Zr-based amorphous alloy samples with a small amount of crystal precipitation phase are obtained.With the increase of scanning speeds,the amount of amorphous phases decreases,while the hardness of samples increases.With the increase of laser power,the crystallization becomes more and more serious.Meantime,the corrosion resistance and hardness of samples constantly decrease.
