摘要
对于20世纪70、80年代建造的旧粮仓,为实现控温储粮的目的,进行隔热保温改造,是一项必须的工作。我库采用高强度抗压聚氨酯泡沫的方法进行内隔热保温改造,在夏季,仓内温度可控制在28℃以内,与仓内空调相结合,能将仓内温度控制在25℃以下,达到了控温储粮的要求。储粮实践表明,聚氨酯材料导热系数低,能在仓内现场喷涂,具有良好的隔热、防潮和气密性能,其性价比高,效果稳定,是粮仓隔热保温理想的技术措施。
For the old warehouses built in the 1970s and 1980s,in order to achieve the purpose of temperature control and storage of grain,it is a necessary work to carry out thermal insulation transformation.These warehouses uses high-strength compression polyurethane foam to carry out internal thermal insulation and thermal insulation.In summer,the temperature in the warehouse can be controlled within 28℃.Combined with the warehouse air conditioner,the temperature in the warehouse can be controlled below 25℃.Hence,the temperature-controlled for grain storage can meet the requirement.The practice of grain storage shows that polyurethane material has low thermal conductivity,good thermal insulation,moisture-proof and air-tight performance of on-site spraying in the silo,high cost performance,stable effect.It is an ideal technical measure for warehouse thermal insulation.
