摘要
目的观察替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎患者的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月盘锦市中心医院收治的66例老年慢性浅表性胃炎患者,按照临床用药方案的不同将其分为对照组(33例,采用常规西药治疗)与试验组(33例,在常规西药基础上联合替普瑞酮治疗),比较两组患者的预后情况。结果在治疗2个疗程后,两组患者的病情均得到明显改善,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,试验组IgG、CD3^+、CD4^+指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,试验组血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用常规西药联合替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎患者的效果明显优于常规西药治疗效果。
Objective To observe the eff ect of teprenone in the treatment of chronic superfi cial gastritis in the elderly.Methods We selected 66 elderly patients with chronic superfi cial gastritis admitted to Central Hospital of Panjin City from January 2018 to December 2018,and divide them into a control group(33 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and a test group(33 cases,combined with teprenone treatment on the basis of conventional western medicine)according to the diff erent clinical medication regimens,the prognosis of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the conditions of the two groups of patients were signifi cantly improved.The total eff ective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the IgG,CD3^+,and CD4^+indexes of the test group were signifi cantly better than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the indexes of plasma albumin,hemoglobin,and transferrin in the test group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic eff ect of conventional western medicine combined with teprenone in elderly patients with chronic superfi cial gastritis is better than that of conventional western medicine.
