摘要
近年来植物多糖与肠道微生物互作机制的研究引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,越来越多的研究证明,植物多糖在调节肠道菌群结构和功能方面发挥着重要作用,并与肠道微生态或稳态间存在相互作用,进而可影响人体的健康状态;植物多糖也成为了肠道微生物群、饮食和宿主代谢因果关系研究以及个性化营养策略建立的重点研究对象。本文主要对植物多糖对肠道菌群的调节机制、肠道菌群对植物多糖的降解利用机制、植物多糖与肠道菌群互作对代谢综合征的影响作用、基于植物多糖与肠道菌群互作的饮食干预策略进行了概述,展望了植物多糖与肠道菌群互作作为完善精准膳食干预策略或生物医学理论基础研究的前景和发展方向,以期为植物资源的开发和高值化利用提供一些理论基础。
In recent years, the researches on the interaction between plant polysaccharides and intestinal microorganisms have attracted extensive attention. The plant polysaccharides have been shown to play important roles in regulating the intestinal microbiota, and impact the intestinal microecology or homeostasis, thus affecting the human health. The plant polysaccharides have become the research focus on the causal relationship among intestinal microbiota, diet and host metabolism, and personalized nutrition. This paper reviewed the regulation mechanism of plant polysaccharides to intestinal microbiota, the degradation and utilization mechanism on intestinal microbiota to plant polysaccharides, the influence of interaction between plant polysaccharides and intestinal microbiota on metabolic syndrome, dietary intervention strategies based on plant polysaccharides, discussed the prospect and development direction of the interaction between plant polysaccharides and intestinal microbiota as the theoretical basis for improving the precise diet intervention and biomedical science, in order to provide reference for research and application of plant resources.
