摘要
目的良性前列腺增生症是引起中老年男性下尿路症状的常见原因,为一类进展性疾病,严重影响患者生活质量。本研究观察前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺口服治疗中老年良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选取2014-06-01-2017-06-01唐河县人民医院收治的128例良性前列腺增生症患者,根据年龄、病程频率匹配的原则选取观察组及对照组,每组64例;对照组采用非那雄胺口服,5mg/次,1次/d。观察组采用前列舒通胶囊(口服1.2g/次,3次/d)联合非那雄胺5mg/次,每晚口服治疗;观察两组临床疗效、残余尿量(residual urine volume,Ru)、前列腺体积(prostate volume,PV)、最大尿流率(Qmax)和国际前列腺症状评分(International Prostate Symptom Score,IPSS)。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为93.7%,对照组为81.2%,差异有统计学意义,χ2=8.683,P=0.034;治疗后观察组Ru为(18.3±5.6)mL,低于对照组的(34.4±6.4)mL,差异有统计学意义,t=-15.15,P<0.001;观察组PV为(34.2±5.3)mL,低于对照组的(41.7±4.6)mL,差异有统计学意义,t=-8.55,P<0.001;观察组Qmax为(21.6±1.0)mL/s,高于对照组的(13.5±1.7)mL/s,差异有统计学意义,t=32.85,P<0.001;观察组IPSS评分为(14.3±2.6)分,低于对照组的(24.5±2.9)分,差异有统计学意义,t=-20.95,P<0.001。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论对于良性前列腺增生症的治疗,采用前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺的临床疗效显著优于单独采用非那雄胺治疗,患者各指标改善显著,无不良反应增加。
OBJECTIVE Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a common cause of lower urinary tract symptoms in middle-aged and elderly men.It is a progressive disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This study was to investigate the effects of Qianlieshutong capsule combined with finasteride oral therapy in elderly patients with BPH.METHODS A total of 128 patients with BPH admitted to Tanghe County People’s Hospital from June 1,2014 to June 1,2017 were selected.According to the principle of matching age and course frequency,the observation group and the control group were selected,64 cases in each group.The control group was given finasteride orally,5 mg/time,once a day.The observation group was treated with Qianlieshutong capsule orally 1.2 g/time,3 times/day,combined with finasteride 5 mg/time,every night.The clinical efficacy,residual urine volume(Ru),prostate volume(PV),maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)and international prostate symptom score(IPSS)were observed.RESULTS The total effective rate was 93.7%in the observation group and 81.2%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.683,P=0.034).The Ru of the observation group was(18.3±5.6)ml after treatment,lower than that of the control group(34.4±6.4)ml,the difference was statistically significant(t=-15.15,P<0.001).The PV of the observation group was(34.2+5.3)ml,lower than that of the control group(41.7±4.6)ml,the difference was statistically significant,t=-8.55,P<0.001.Qmax of observation group was(21.6±1.0)ml/s,higher than that of control group(13.5±1.7)ml/s,with statistical significance,t=32.85,P<0.001.IPSS of observation group was(14.3±2.6),lower than that of control group(24.5±2.9),with statistical significance,t=-20.95,P<0.001.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.CONCLUSIONS For the treatment of BPH,the clinical efficacy of Qianlieshutong capsule combined with finasteride is significantly better than that of finasteride alone.The patient’s indicators are improved significantly,and there is no i
