摘要 定义温度均匀性指标Tu=1-r对急冷塔内温度场进行分析,基于此指标,对特定工况下的塔体结构进行了优化计算。优化计算时认为塔体截面温度范围处于0.95 T^1.05 T时,已基本实现冷却目的,并取满足该温度均匀性要求的最小塔高为有效高度,以内壁表面积最小为最优解。 The temperature uniformity index Tu=1-r is defined to analyze the temperature field in quenching tower.Based on this index,the tower structure under special condition was optimized and calculated,in which it was considered that the cooling purpose had been achieved when the temperature range of the tower cross section is in the range of 0.95 T^1.05 T,and the minimum tower height that meets this temperature uniformity requirement as the effective height is used so as toobtain the smallest inner wall surface area.
