逆流型急冷塔内温度场分析及其结构参数优化

摘要 定义温度均匀性指标Tu=1-r(r为塔截面温差绝对值与其平均温度的比值)对急冷塔内温度场进行分析,基于此指标,对不同操作条件的塔体结构进行了优化计算。优化计算时,首先认为塔体截面温度范围处于0.95T~1.05T区间时(T为热平衡出口温度)已基本实现冷却目的,并取满足该温度均匀性要求的最小塔高为有效高度;然后在每种工况下取多组塔径进行计算,寻求各自的有效高度,并以内壁表面积最小为最优解;由此获得了不同操作条件下优化后的塔体结构参数表及其预测关联式。结果表明,最优塔径与内壁表面积随着喷枪的气液压力比增大而减小,呈单调递减趋势。 The temperature uniformity index Tu=1-r(r is the ratio of the absolute value of the temperature difference to its average temperature)was defined to analyze the temperature field.Based on this index,the tower structure under different operating conditions was optimized and calculated.As for the tower cross section’s temperature from 0.95T to 1.05T(T is the thermal equilibrium outlet temperature)and basically-achieved cooling purpose,the minimum tower height that meeting temperature uniformity requirement was taken as the effective height.In each case,multiple sets of tower diameters were modeled for calculation to seek their respective effective heights and the smallest inner wall surface area was taken as the optimal solution so as to obtain the optimized structural parameter table and prediction correlation under different operating conditions.The results show that,the tower′s optimal inner diameter and inner wall surface area decrease with the increase of the gas-liquid pressure ratio of the spray gun,and it shows a monotonous decreasing trend.
