摘要
劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,决定了社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向与劳动技能水平。新时代育人目标中重新将劳动育人提出,与德智体美并立。以立德树人为根本任务,以劳动教育的演进路径为思路,分析不同历史阶段对劳动教育的重视程度,思考劳动教育的价值与“德智体美”之间的关系,并提出“重铸劳动精神面貌”、“重视劳动价值取向”、“增强劳动技能水平”三个实现劳动育人的根本路径,以期达到培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才目标。
Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,which determines the mental outlook,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.In the goal of educating people in the new era,labor educating people is put forward again,and it stands side by side with virtue,wisdom,body and beauty.This article will take the establishment of virtue as the basic task,take the evolution path of labor education as the idea,analyze the importance of labor education in different historical stages,consider the relationship between the value of labor education and the"virtual,intellectual,and physical beauty",and propose"Reshaping the mental outlook of labor","emphasis on labor value orientation",and"enhancing labor skills"are the three basic ways to achieve labor education,with a view to reaching the goal of cultivating the comprehensive development of morals,wisdom,physical beauty and labor.
