基于刚柔耦合模型的车架及其固件强度分析

摘要 以重型卡车为研究对象,在多体动力学软件ADAMS Car中建立刚柔耦合整车多体模型,模拟整车实际工况,提取载荷后加载到有限元软件中柔性体的相应节点上进行强度分析。试验结果表明:该方法在常用工况下分析误差控制在10%以内,极限工况下误差在15%以内,仿真计算精度得到有效提高。 The rigid flexible coupling multi-body model of the heavy truck was established in the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS Car to simulate the actual working conditions of the whole vehi⁃cle.Then,the loads were extracted and loaded into the corresponding nodes of the flexible body in the finite element software for strength analysis.The experimental results show that the analysis error of this method is controlled within 10%under common working conditions and within 15%under limit condi⁃tions,and the simulation accuracy is effectively improved.
