摘要
为了准确识别一阶弯曲模态和一阶扭转模态,提出利用两点激励法计算的频响函数去判别模态的一阶弯曲频率和一阶扭转频率.以某甘蔗机的车架为例,利用3种激励方式对其进行仿真研究,由计算结果可知:相对于另2种方式计算的结果,两点同侧激励法计算的频响函数效果更好,从而提供了一种准确识别一阶弯曲和扭转模态的方法.
In order to accurately identify the first-order bending and the first-order torsion modals, this paper proposed the frequency response function by using two point incentive method to distinguish the first-order bending frequency and first-order torsion frequency. Taking the frame of a sugarcane harvester as an example, we used three kinds of incentive methods to conduct simulation. The results showed that compared with the other two kinds of methods, the two ipsilateral incentive method was better, which provided an accurate identification method of the first bending and torsion modals.
