摘要
目的探讨双源CT脂肪定量技术联合血脂、体脂检测在非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)早期诊断中的价值。方法选择179例疑似脂肪肝患者作为研究对象,均行双源CT脂肪定量技术、血脂检测、体脂检测。以NAFLD临床诊断标准作为“金标准”,评估双源CT脂肪定量技术、血脂、体脂单独检测及联合检测诊断NAFLD的效能。结果179例患者中检出NAFLD 59例,NAFLD的检出率为32.96%。NAFLD患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C水平和体脂率均高于无脂肪肝患者,HDL-C水平低于无脂肪肝患者(P<0.05);双源CT脂肪定量技术联合血脂、体脂诊断NAFLD的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为98.31%、95.83%、96.65%,均高于各项指标单独诊断结果(均P<0.05)。结论双源CT脂肪定量技术联合血脂、体脂检测对NAFLD早期诊断的价值高,可为临床早期制定治疗方案提供参考。
Objective To explore the value of dual-source CT fat quantification technology combined with blood lipid and body fat detections in the early diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 179 patients with suspected fatty liver were selected as research subjects,and all received dual-source CT fat quantification technology,blood lipid and body fat detections.Taking NAFLD clinical diagnostic criteria as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of dual-source CT fat quantitative technology,blood lipid detection,and body fat detection alone,or their combination for NAFLD was assessed.Results Of the 179 cases,59 were identified as NAFLD with an detection rate of NAFLD of 32.96%.Patients with NAFLD exhibited higher levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,a higher body fat rate,and a lower HDL-C level as compared with patients without fatty liver(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of dual-source CT fat quantification technology combined with blood lipid and body fat detections for diagnosing NAFLD were 98.31%,95.83% and 96.65%,respectively,which were higher than those of single indicator(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-source CT fat quantification technology combined with blood lipid and body fat detections is of high value in the early diagnosis of NAFLD,and can provide a reference for therapeutic strategies formulation early in clinical practice.
