摘要
大跨度结构金属屋面系统的抗风揭性能是结构安全不可忽视的部分。由于目前没有关于直立锁边屋面板的设计依据和有效计算公式,屋面系统因抗风揭能力不足而损坏的现象仍会发生,这严重影响了金属屋面系统的应用与推广。运用ABAQUS软件对铝合金屋面板进行数值模拟,探究直立锁边屋面板在风吸荷载作用下的承载力及薄弱处受力机制,并对屋面板的设计参数(厚度、长度、宽度、材料强度)及约束条件等进行参数分析,总结了各主控参数对直立锁边屋面板承载能力和变形能力的影响规律,推导出直立锁边屋面板的承载力及挠度计算公式。最后提出了一种直立锁边屋面板的加固方案并分析了加固后屋面板的抗风揭性能,为工程实际设计与应用提供参考。
For wide-span metal roofing system,the wind resistance performance is an indispensable part ofstructural safety.However,there is no relevant calculation of the standing seam metal roof under wind-upliftload currently,so the roof system was still damaged due to insufficient wind resistance performance during theuse process.The application and the promotion of the metal roofing system was limited seriously.In this paper,the wind uplift load-bearing capacity and the force mechanic of an aluminum-alloy roof system was investigatedby the non-linear code ABQUS.In addition,the influences of some main design parameters(thickness,length,width,thestrength of material)and the constraint condition of the roof panel were analyzed. Based on thenumerical analysis,formulas for deflection calculation and load-bearing capacity calculation of the roof panelwere derived. Finally,a reinforced connecting plan was proposed.The feasibility and better loading capacitywere verified by means of numerical simulation.It can provide calculation reference for engineering design andapplication in practice.
