摘要
目的分析我国护士规范化培训效果评价的文献分布、研究热点,对比研究目前规范化培训效果评价变化趋势。方法系统检索CNKI、万方医学数据库收录的有关我国护士规范化培训评价的相关文章,检索时限为建库至2020年8月10日。应用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行共词聚类分析及可视化呈现。结果共筛选出346篇文献,我国护士规范化培训效果评价相关文献呈总体上升趋势,年度最少发文量1篇,2018年发文量达到峰值41篇,近5年发文量占45.7%。研究作者和机构相对分散,仅有42名作者发文超过2篇,5家机构发文超过6篇,且极少合著。规范化培训效果评价模型理论应用较少,主要以柯式模型为主。基于柯式模型的护士规范化培训效果评价体系尚不完善。结论目前,护士规范化培训效果评价被广泛关注,但尚未形成研究的多产作者群及核心力量。效果评价应用模型较少,指标体系建立不完善。今后,应推动护士规范化培训效果评价纵向及横向发展,推动建立标准化、规范化的培训效果评价指标体系,以促进我国护理人才的培育与发展。
Objective To analyze the literature distribution and research hotspots of the effect evaluation of standardized nurse training in China,and compare and explore the current trend of effect evaluation of standardized nurse training.Methods Related articles on the evaluation of standardized nurse training in China were retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang databases up to August 10,2020.CiteSpace was used to perform co-word cluster analysis and visual presentation of the included articles.Results A total of 346 articles were screened.The articles on the evaluation of the effectiveness of standardized nurse training in China showed an overall upward trend,with the minimum number of 1 a year.The number of publications reached a peak of 41 in 2018,and the number of publications in the past 5 years accounted for 45.7%.Authors and institutions were relatively scattered.Only 42 authors published more than 2 articles,and 5 institutions published more than 6 articles,and there were few co-authored articles.The theoretical model of the standardized training effect evaluation was poorly applied,and the articles mainly focused on the Kirkpatrick Model.The effect evaluation system of standardized nurse training based on the Kirkpatrick Model was not yet perfect.Conclusions At present,the evaluation of the effectiveness of standardized training for nurses has received widespread attention,but there has not been a productive author group and core strength for research.There are few models for effect evaluation,and the index system is not complete.In the future,we should promote the vertical and horizontal development of standardized training effect evaluation for nurses,and establish a standardized training effect evaluation index system to promote the cultivation and development of nursing talents in China.
