基于多源异构数据融合的生态保护红线移动监管平台研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着生态保护红线(简称“红线”)监管工作的深入推进,目前对于红线移动监管平台的需求较为迫切。研究在综合文献分析法和已有平台功能分析的基础上,采用Android Studio开发平台,集成Supermap软件二三维一体化结构体系为平台接口建立GML&SVG的WebGIS应用模型,Java为主要开发语言进行开发。红线监管平台实现了核查点位标注、定位导航、数据导入导出、图层管理、保护政策集成、历史核查点位快速定位等功能。同时配套开发桌面端平台,实现移动APP与桌面端互联互通。 With the deepening of the supervision of ecological protection red line(referred to as“red line”),the demand for red line mobile monitoring platform was more urgent.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of literature and existing platform functions,the WebGIS application model of GML&SVG was established by using Android Studio development platform and SuperMap software as the platform interface,and Java was the main development language.The red line supervision platform realizes the functions of marking verification points,positioning navigation,data import and export,layer management,protection policy query,and rapid positioning of historical verification points.At the same time,the desktop platform was developed to realize the interconnection between mobile app and desktop.
