个体特征对高校非学历培训效果影响——以基层党政干部培训为例 被引量:1

Research of the Individual Characteristics on the Non-Academic Training Effect in Colleges and Universities—Take Grassroots Party and Government Cadres as an Example

摘要 从基层党政干部个体角度出发,建立个体特征与培训效果之间的假设模型,探讨状态性个体特征自我效能作为中介变量对高校非学历培训的影响原理。研究结果显示,成就目标导向、成就动机、自我效能对于培训效果均存在正向的预测作用,并且成就动机和成就目标导向通过自我效能影响高校非学历培训效果。据此建议,在基层党政干部的个体特征方面进行有针对性的引导:培训前开展需求评估,夯实按需施教的基础;培训中设计方案选择,匹配度身定造的课程;培训后进行干预管理,保障长期连续维系,优化高校非学历培训效果。 This paper establishes a hypothesis model between individual characteristics and training effect,from the perspective of individual Party and government cadres at the grassroot level,and discusses the influence principle of self-efficacy of state individual characteristics as an intermediary variable on non-academic training in colleges and universities.The results show that the achievement goal orientation,the achievement motivation and the self-efficacy have a positive predictive effects on the training effect,and the achievement motivation and the achievement goal orientation affect the effect of non-academic training through the self-efficacy.Therefore,it is suggested to guide the individual characteristics of the Party and government cadres at the grassroot level to optimize the effect of non-academic training in colleges and universities.First of all,needs assessment should be carried out before training to lay a solid foundation for on-demand teaching.Secondly,the design scheme selection in the training matches the customized courses.Finally,intervention management is carried out after training to ensure long-term and continuous maintenance.
