摘要
干部教育培训因党而生、随党而兴、为党而强。回顾建党百年来共产党开展干部教育培训的历史征程,高校作为一支重要力量从未缺席。在新中国成立以前、社会主义革命与建设时期、改革开放新时期、新世纪以来以及2009年至今的不同历史时期,分别经历了高校属于干部教育性质、依托高校开展干部专业教育、依托高校开展干部学历教育和短期培训、依托高校开展大规模非学历性干部培训、建立干部教育培训高校基地体系的演进历程,高等教育与干部教育相互融合、相互促进、互动发展。
Cadre education and training is born because of the Party,rises with the Party,and becomes strong for the Party.Looking back on the century-old history of cadre training launched by the Communist Party of China,colleges and universities,as an important army for cadre training,have never been absent.In different historical periods,cadre training by colleges and universities has respectively experienced different evolution courses.Before the founding of new China,it had the nature of cadre education.During the socialist revolution and construction period,it mainly relied on colleges and universities to carry out the cadre specialty education.In the new period of reform and opening up,it mainly relied on colleges and universities to carry out the cadre education with record of formal schooling and short-term training.In the new century,it mainly relied on colleges and universities to carry out large-scale cadre education without record of formal schooling.Since 2009,the college and university base systems of cadre training have been formally established.Higher education and cadre education integrate,promote each other and develop interactively during the whole process.
