摘要
针对居民小区出现大量占用路边草坪等场地停车的现象,提出一种利用草坪上方空间停车的停车装置设计方案,平时,是草坪护栏,使用时,是悬架在草坪上方空间、不影响草坪的停车位。介绍了结构设计:在建立装置运行机理的数学模型基础上,分析了运行过程及两种工况下的受力情况,在参数优化和理论计算后,建立三维模型。通过ADAMS进行动力学仿真,验证了实现停车位与护栏转换机构的合理性;用ANSYS校核机构运动中受载过大的部件,并模拟停车工况,对承载部件进行了形变分析和疲劳寿命的计算,确保了作为停车装置的安全性。在装置的设计与分析验证过程中利用CAE技术,缩短了产品的设计周期,也为后期装置的实物制作提供了理论依据。
In view of the phenomenon that the roadside lawns in residential areas are often turned into parking lots,a parking device design scheme that makes full use of the space above the lawn is proposed.At ordinary times,the device is the lawn railing;when used,it is the parking space suspended above the lawn and does not affect the lawn.The structural design of the device is introduced.The mathematical model of the operating mechanism of the device is established.The operating process and the force under two working conditions are analyzed.A three-dimensional model is established after parameter optimization and theoretical calculation.Through ADAMS dynamics simulation,the rationality of the conversion mechanism between parking space and lawn railing is verified.ANSYS is used to check the overloaded parts in the movement of the mechanism,and to simulate the parking process.The deformation analysis and fatigue life calculation of the bearing parts are carried out to ensure the safety of the parking device.In the design,analysis and verification of the device,CAE technology is used to shorten the design time,and to provide theoretical basis for the production of the device in the future.
