浅谈CAE在石油精馏中的模拟研究

摘要 CAE技术现今广泛应用于各行各业,为石油精馏的科学合理的设定提供工艺保障,在很大程度上有利于缩短石油精馏参数选择的时间,从而降低实际生产中能源上的浪费,对提高石油行业的竞争力和生产能力具有很大的推动作用。本文主要针对CAE在石油精馏中的应用,从多方面来考量CAE的模拟研究的意义,首先从CAE在国内外的发展入手,紧接着讨论CAE在石油精馏中的应用类型和特点。为了更好地联合多个CAE软件来提供过程模拟的研究,最后讨论CAPE-OPEN标准的开发机理和模拟验证。 Nowadays, CAE technology is widely used in all walks of life, which provides process guarantee for the scientific and reasonable setting of petroleum distillation. To a great extent, it is conducive to shorten the time of selecting petroleum distillation parameters, thus reducing the waste of energy in actual production, and has a great role in promoting the competitiveness and production capacity of the oil industry. This paper mainly aims at the application of CAE in petroleum distillation, and considers the significance of CAE simulation research from many aspects. Firstly, it starts with the development of CAE at home and abroad, and then discusses the application types and characteristics of CAE in petroleum distillation. In order to better combine several CAE software to provide process simulation research, the development mechanism and simulation verification of CAPE-OPEN standard are discussed.
