本文综述化工过程模拟技术的进展和发展趋势，并讨论了高校如何与企业合作应用化工过程模拟技术进行企业技术改造．
The progress and trends of chemical process simulation were reviewed,and the way ofcooperation between univesities and enterprises using process simulation and relative tech-nique to reconstruct and redorganize the enterprises technically was discussed in the paper.
