摘要
职业技能竞赛不仅能够提升学生职业技能,而且能够促进高校教育教学改革。以沈阳城市建设学院为例,分析当前人力资源管理专业教学面临的困境,从人才培养、校企合作、师资力量、竞赛机制等方面,提出职业技能竞赛导向的人力资源管理专业教学改革的实施建议,进一步拓展人力资源管理专业教学改革的思路和方向。
Vocational skill competitions can not only improve students’ vocational skills,but also promote the reform of college education and teaching.Taking Shenyang Urban Construction University as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the teaching of human resources management specialty.From the aspects such as talent cultivation,school and enterprise cooperation,faculty strength and competition mechanism,this article puts forward the implementation suggestions for the practical teaching reform of human resources management major oriented by professional skill competition,in order to further expand the thinking and direction of human resources management major teaching reform.
