摘要
以冲压生产线为研究对象,介绍了一种利用Robot Studio构建多机器人冲压生产线仿真方法。首先根据加工对象,搭建生产线仿真平台,为了简化冲压机模型,直接利用Robot Studio内部功能构建三维模型;分析了冲压生产线的工作流程,创建了I/O信号,针对机器人和周边设备进行了动态组件设计和工作站逻辑设计;最后程序编制和仿真。仿真结果表明,工业机器人TCP速度参数严重影响着生产线的节拍。该冲压仿真生产线可为实际的冲压生产线提供理论依据和试验平台。
Taking stamping production line as the research object,a simulation method of building multi-robot stamping production line using Robot Studio was introduced.Firstly,the production line simulation platform was built according to the processing objects.In order to simplify the model of the punch press,the 3 Dmodel was directly constructed by using the internal functions of Robot Studio.The workflow of stamping production line was analyzed,I/O signal was created,dynamic component design and workstation logic design were carried out for robot and peripheral equipment.Finally programming and simulation.The simulation results show that the TCP speed parameters of industrial robots seriously affect the production line beats.The stamping simulation production line can provide theoretical basis and test platform for the actual stamping production line.
