基于Hypermesh的某履带车车身有限元分析及结构拓扑优化

摘要 为了解决某履带车在各冲击载荷工况下车身区域刚强度不足的问题,提出以非线性有限元理论和数值求解相结合的方法为基础,建立履带车车身有限元模型。利用有限元软件Abaqus分析履带车车身各工况下的刚强度,针对车身薄弱区域利用Hypermesh拓扑优化的方法进行结构再优化,并保证车身刚强度的前提下使得总体减重效果明显。 In order to solve the problem of insufficient stiffness in the body area of tracked vehicle under various impact loads,a finite element model of tracked vehicle body was established based on the combination of nonlinear finite element theory and numerical solution.The finite element software Abaqus was used to analyze the rigor strength of the tracked vehicle body under various working conditions,and the structure was optimized by using Hypermesh the topological optimization method according to the weak area of the body,and the overall weight reduction effect was obvious under the rigor strength of the body.
