交联度对交联聚乙烯时域介电特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 首先以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为原料制备不同交联度的XLPE薄片试样,然后采用凝胶萃取法对试样进行交联度测定,采用极化-去极化装置对试样进行PDC测试。最后对PDC曲线中极化电流进行电导电流和界面极化电流的分离和提取,对去极化电流进行Debye模型的三支路辨识,研究交联度对交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘时域介电特性的影响。结果表明:交联反应能有效提升交联聚乙烯的绝缘性能,且交联度越高,对XLPE绝缘的极化电流、电导电流、界面极化电流抑制效果越明显;第二辨识支路的电阻及时间常数对XLPE绝缘晶体和无定形区界面缺陷处的界面极化现象反映灵敏。 At first,XLPE sheet samples with different crosslinking degrees were prepared using low-density polyethylene(LDPE)as raw material.And then the crosslinking degrees of the samples were tested by the gel extraction method,and the samples were conducted PDC tests using polarization-depolarization device.At last,the conduction current and interface polarization current were separated and extracted from the polarization current in PDC curve,and the depolarization current was conducted three-branch identification of Debye model to study the effect of crosslinking degree on the time domain dielectric properties of XLPE insulation.The results show that the crosslinking reaction can improve the insulating performance of XLPE effectively,and the greater the crosslinking degree,the more obvious the suppression effect on the polarization current,conduction current,and interface polarization current of XLPE insulation.The resistance and time constant of the second identification branch are sensitive to the interfacial polarization phenomenon at the interface defect between the XLPE insulating crystal and the amorphous region.
