摘要
交联聚乙烯(XLPE)海底电缆的绝缘性在电场作用下会逐渐老化,从而影响海上输电系统的稳定性。为深入理解XLPE海底电缆绝缘电老化特性,分别在电场强度E=30 kV/mm及E=28 kV/mm下进行1000 h的XLPE薄片电老化实验,统计在交流电场作用下XLPE的击穿时间并对老化前后样本进行电气和理化性能测试。结果表明,在电应力作用下,XLPE内部绝缘薄弱处会产生微孔等缺陷,随老化时间增加,材料内部缺陷数目逐渐增多,缺陷尺寸生长有所增大;此外,电老化前后XLPE击穿强度与内部晶体结构变化并不明显。不同XLPE样本击穿时间分散性较大而其击穿场强较为接近,与击穿强度测试实验相比,恒定电压幅值作用下的电压耐久性实验可更好地反映材料绝缘状态。
The insulation of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)submarine cable will gradually age under the action of electric field,which affects the stability of offshore transmission systems.In order to deeply understand the electrical ageing characteristics of XLPE submarine cable,the electrical ageing experiments of XLPE for 1000 hours were carried out under the electric field intensity of E=30 kV/mm and E=28 kV/mm respectively.The breakdown time of XLPE under AC electric field was calculated,and the dielectric and physic-chemical properties of the samples before and after ageing were tested.The results show that defects such as micropores occur in the weak insulation of XLPE under electrical stress,and the number and size of internal defects increase with the increase of ageing time.Moreover,the changes of breakdown strength and internal crystal structure of XLPE before and after electrical ageing are not obvious.The breakdown time of different XLPE samples is dispersed and the breakdown field strength is close.Compared with the breakdown strength test,the voltage endurance test under the action of constant voltage amplitude can better reflect the insulation state of the material.
