摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展,对能源的需求急剧上升,尤其是对石油与天然气的需求。我国石油对外依存度接近70%,这对我国石油安全已经造成严重影响。面对新时期石油行业的新挑战,必须加强石油高校对石油与天然气工程研究生的培养。文章对目前石油高校的高层次人才培养目标进行对比分析,发现培养目标存在很多问题,如缺少创新性培养,培养目标与社会脱节,培养目标与工业发展脱节等。为缓解这些问题给出了高校确定高层次人才培养目标的建议,供其他石油高校参考借鉴。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for energy,especially for oil and natural gas,is also rising sharply.China's dependence on foreign oil is close to 70%,which has a serious impact on China's oil security.Facing the new challenges of the oil industry in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of petroleum and natural gas engineering graduate students in petroleum engineering universities.Through the comparative analysis of the education objectives of high-level personnel in petroleum engineering universities,it is found that there are many problems in these program objectives,such as the lack of innovative training,the disconnection of the training objectives from the society,and the disconnection of the training objectives from the industrial development.In order to alleviate these problems,this paper provides some suggestions for colleges and universities to set up effective education objectives of high-level personnel:the program objectives should reflect the innovation ability training,the cultivation of humanistic quality,the cultivation of international vision and the diversified training.
