摘要
“培养什么样的研究生”和“怎样培养研究生”是研究生培养模式蕴含的根本规定性。根据参与研究生培养主体在研究生培养过程诸环节中所处的地位和发挥的作用不同,可以将研究生培养模式划分为政府主导型模式、高校(研究生培养单位)主导型模式、学科专业单位主导型模式、导师主导型模式、研究生主导型模式和社会(用人单位)主导型模式等六种类型。这六种模式各有利弊,但都具有可供高校(研究生培养单位)选择的价值。
"To train what type of students" and "how to train postgraduate students" are two fundamental issues in postgraduate education. This study proposes to classify postgraduate education into six models according to status and functions of different stakeholders, they are postgraduate education led by the government, institution (the institutions that provide postgraduate education), supervisor, student, and employer. The study evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of each model in order to inform institutional choices.
