摘要
从导师队伍建设、研究生培养方案、研究生企业实践角度,探讨了企业导师在机械工程专业学位研究生培养中的职责,指出企业导师应贯穿研究生培养的全过程,把机械工程专业学位研究生培养成创新实践能力强、职业素养高的高端技术人才,满足制造业的"新旧动能转换"需要。
This paper discusses the responsibilities of the tutors in the training of graduate students majoring in mechanical engineering from the point of view of the construction of tutor team,the postgraduate training program and the postgraduate enterprise practice.In order to meet the needs of the"conversion of new and old kinetic energy",enterprise tutors should run through the whole process of postgraduate training to cultivate postgraduate students into high-end technical talents with strong practical ability and high professional quality.
