总结了贵冶备料二系统物料仓储管理的规律和特点,介绍了入库原料复杂且供应不均衡形势下,严重影响生产效率。通过精细精矿库管理、石英砂滤水、改变上料方式、创新卸车模式、逐跨抓料等举措,实现了备料二系统高效生产。
In this article,the rules and characteristics of material storage management in the second system of material preparation in Guixi Smelter are summarized,and the situation of complex and uneven supply of raw materials is introduced,which seriously affects the production efficiency.Through the measures of fine concentrate reservoir management,quartz sand filtration,changing the feeding way,innovating the unloading mode and catching the material by crossing,the high efficiency production of the second material preparation system is realized.
