摘要
目的分析辨证施护和整体观念的中医护理理念在骨折损伤患者中的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2019年6月九江市中医医院收治的90例骨折损伤患者,按照不同护理方式将90例患者均分为2组,对照组(45例)接受常规护理,观察组(45例)接受辨证施护和整体观念的中医护理,观察2组护理效果。结果观察组术后12、24、48 h疼痛评分明显低于对照组;观察组术后8、12周生活能力评分显著高于对照组;观察组护理满意度比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折损伤患者中实施辨证施护和整体观念的中医护理理念,可减轻患者疼痛程度,提高生活能力和护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of TCM nursing concepts based on syndrome differentiation and holistic concept in the treatment of fracture injury.Methods Ninety patients with fracture injury admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(45 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation and holistic concept.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower at 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation.Compared with the life ability score,the life ability score of the observation group was significantly higher at 8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing concept of syndrome differentiation nursing and holistic nursing concept in patients with fracture injury can alleviate pain,improve living ability and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
