摘要
作为一种通用的商业语言,会计在经济发展规划中起着互通互联的作用,会计的国际化程度影响企业国际商业的交流和合作。随着国家“一带一路”倡议的推进下,经济新常态发展战略的环境下,中国经济要进一步融入世界经济体系,必然要呈现出国际化发展的趋势。为了顺应时代政策的变化,相应时代的需求,中国会计人才国际化培养迫在眉睫。本文通过会计人才在“一带一路”倡议下的机遇和挑战的分析,围绕会计人才国际化的必然性,并对会计人才如何国际化给出了相关的策略,探索出我国独有的会计人才培养体系,适应“一带一路”倡议的发展。
As a common business language, accounting plays a role of interconnection in economic development planning.The internationalization of accounting affects the exchange and cooperation of enterprises in international business. With the advancement of the"Belt and Road"initiative and the environment of the new normal economic development strategy, Chinese economy will be integrated into the world economic system, and it will inevitably show a trend of international development. In order to adapt to changes of the policies, the internationalization of Chinese accounting talents is urgently needed. This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges of accounting talents under the"Belt and Road"initiative, focuses on the inevitability of internationalization of accounting talents, gives relevant strategies and explores China’s unique training system to adapt to the development of the strategy.
