摘要
人力资源管理一直被视为组织管理工作的内在核心,其在公共管理部门中发挥着重要的作用。论文先简要概述公共管理部门人力资源管理的特点,进而重点剖析阐述人力资源管理在公共管理部门中的重要性,最后提出人力资源管理在公共管理部门中作用进一步强化的策略。
Human resources management has always been regarded as the internal core of organizational management,which plays an important role in the public administration.This paper briefly summarizes the characteristics of human resources management in public administration,then focuses on the analysis of the importance of human resources management in public administration,and finally puts forward strategies to further strengthen the role of human resources management in public administration.
