血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平与牙列缺失患者种植修复效果的相关性 被引量:6

Correlation between Serum Osteocalcin and Alkaline Phosphatase Levels and Implant Restoration Effect in Patients with Dentition Defect

摘要 目的分析血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平与牙列缺失患者种植修复效果的相关性。方法选择2017年12月至2019年3月于无锡市第二人民医院进行口腔种植修复的60例牙列缺失患者作为牙列缺失组,选择同期60名健康体检者作为健康对照组,比较两组受试者血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平,分析牙列缺失患者血清骨钙素与碱性磷酸酶水平的相关性;根据种植修复效果将牙列缺失患者分为效果优良组与效果不佳组,比较不同种植修复效果患者的基线资料,分析血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平对口腔种植修复效果的影响。结果牙列缺失组患者血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶低于健康对照组[(8.64±1.00)μg/L比(9.43±1.15)μg/L、(36.06±2.52)μg/L比(39.77±3.14)μg/L](P <0.01)。牙列缺失患者血清骨钙素水平与碱性磷酸酶水平呈正相关(r=0.520,P <0.01)。60例牙列缺失患者中49例优良,11例不佳,优良率为81.67%(49/60)。口腔种植修复效果优良组治疗前血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平高于效果不佳组[(8.77±0.95)μg/L比(8.06±1.03)μg/L、(36.27±1.33)μg/L比(35.12±1.10)μg/L](P <0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平是口腔种植修复的牙列缺失患者种植修复效果的影响因素(OR=7.553,95%CI 2.169~26.306,P=0.001;OR=2.321,95%CI 1.338~4.026,P=0.003)。结论牙列缺失患者血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平低于健康人群,骨钙素与碱性磷酸酶可能相互影响并存在相关性,是口腔种植修复效果不佳的影响因素。对于种植修复前血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平显著低下的患者,应尽早采取合理措施。 Objective To analyze the correlation between serum osteocalcin,alkaline phosphatase levels and the effect of implant restoration in patients with dentition defect.Methods A total of 60 patients with dentition defect who underwent dental implant restoration at Wuxi Second People′s Hospital from Dec.2017 to Mar.2019 were included as a dentition defect group,while 60 healthy people for physical examination during the same period were included as a healthy control group.The serum osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase levels of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between serum osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase levels in patients with dentition defect was analyzed.The patients with dentition defect were further divided into a good effect group and a poor effect group according to the effect of implant restoration,and the baseline data were compared between the two groups.The influence of serum osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase levels on the effect of oral implant restoration was analyzed.Results The serum osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase of the patients in the dentition defect group were lower than those in the healthy control group[(8.64±1.00)μg/L vs(9.43±1.15)μg/L,(36.06±2.52)μg/L vs(39.77±3.14)μg/L](P<0.01).The serum osteocalcin level of the patients with dentition defect was positively correlated with the alkaline phosphatase level(r=0.520,P<0.01).Among the 60 patients with dentition defect,49 were good effect and 11 were not good,and the excellent and good rate was 81.67%(49/60).The serum osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase levels of the good effect group before treatment were higher than those in the poor effect group[(8.77±0.95)μg/L vs(8.06±1.03)μg/L,(36.27±1.33)μg/L vs(35.12±1.10)μg/L](P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase levels were the influencing factors of the effect of dental implant restoration in patients with dentition defect(OR=7.553,95%CI 2.169-26.306,P=0.001;OR=2.321,95%CI 1.338-4.026,P=0.003).Conclusion T
