摘要
目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用。方法2018年1月~2019年12月宜宾市第一人民医院消毒供应中心按照以证据为基础的SBAR标准沟通方式对外来器械进行管理,观察SBAR实施前后医护人员服务满意度和3个临床科室手术部位感染率差异。结果实施SBAR标准沟通模式后临床科室医护人员对外来器械管理方面的服务满意度百分比从57.58%上升到84.85%(P<0.05),骨科、胸外科和中医肛肠科手术部位感染率由3.29%、2.74%和3.08%下降到0.96%、0.90%和1.02%(P<0.05)。结论SBAR沟通模式通过建立外来手术器械标准化处理流程,降低医院消毒供应中心在外来器械管理中的风险和骨科手术部位感染风险,提高服务满意度。
Objective To discuss the application of SBAR communication mode in external instruments management in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,the evidence-based SBAR communication mode was conducted to manage the external instruments in CSSD of the first people’s hospital of Yibin,service satisfaction of medical staff and infection rate of operation site among patients in orthopedic/thoracic surgery/TCM anorectal department were observed.Results The service satisfaction percentage to external instruments management in CSSD increased from 57.58%to 84.85%(P<0.05),the infection rate of operation site among patients in orthopedic/thoracic surgery/TCM anorectal department descended from 3.29%,2.74%and 3.08%to 0.96%,0.90%and 1.02%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR communication mode reduces the risk of hospital disinfection and supply center in the management of external surgical instruments and the risk of orthopedic surgical site infection through the establishment of standardized treatment process of external surgical instruments,so as to improve service satisfaction.
