摘要
目的运用5M1E分析法对医院消毒供应中心进行集中化管理并评价其应用效果。方法运用5M1E分析法进行管理,分析干预前(2016年)和干预后(2018年)各环节消毒供应质量、医务人员满意度、消毒供应中心工作人员专业知识掌握程度以及医院感染管理相关指标,进行干预效果评价。结果运用5M1E分析法干预后,消毒供应中心回收、包装、消毒、灭菌、储存及运送合格率,医务人员对消毒供应质量及流程的满意度,消毒供应中心工作人员理论知识和操作技能掌握程度以及Ⅰ类切口24 h停药率均显著高于实施前,手术部位感染率显著及运营成本低于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用5M1E分析法对医院消毒供应中心进行集中化管理能够显著提高消毒供应质量及人员专业水平,有效降低手术部位感染率及运营成本,具有重要的临床意义与推广价值。
Objective The study intends to use 5M1E analysis method to centralize the management of hospital disinfection supply center and evaluate its application effect.Methods 5M1E analysis method was used to conduct management,analyze the quality of disinfection supply in each link before(2016)and after(2018),medical staff satisfaction,professional knowledge of disinfection supply center staff and nosocomial infection management related indicators,and to evaluate the effect of intervention.Results After using 5M1E analysis after the intervention,disinfection supply center recycling,packaging,qualified rate of disinfection,sterilization,storage and transportation,medical personnel satisfaction to the disinfection supply quality and the satisfaction degree of the process,disinfection supply center staff theoretical knowledge and skills to master degree andⅠincision 24 hours of withdrawal rate were significantly higher than those of before the implementation.Surgical site infection rate and operating costs significantly lower than before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Centralized management of hospital disinfection supply center by using 5M1E analysis method can significantly improve the quality of disinfection supply and professional level of personnel,effectively reduce the infection rate of surgical site and operation cost.It has important clinical significance and promotion value.
