摘要
目的通过对上海地区近视人群应用光学相干断层扫描血管成像(Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography,OCTA),对比不同屈光度人群黄斑区视网膜血管密度、厚度,并对其相关性进行分析。方法选取220例来我院检查的近视患者作为研究群体,分为轻度近视组、中度近视组、高度近视组和超高度近视组,每组人数完全一致。对各组黄斑区视网膜血管密度、厚度等情况进行对比,同时对其彼此之间关联性与相关性进行分析。结果超高度近视组患者视网膜血管密度明显比其余三组更低,而且在不同位置等情况下都呈现明显不同之处(P<0.05)。厚度方面,超高度近视组患者各个位置的视网膜厚度较其他三组患者而言明显降低,而且伴随近视度数提高,其降低程度也更加明显(P<0.05)。近视屈光群体的黄斑中心凹、上方视网膜血管密度及其厚度呈现正相关(P<0.05)。结论在不同屈光度的患者群体中应用同一台OCTA检查能够呈现出较为明显的黄斑区视网膜血管密度和厚度的差异,相关患者密度增加和厚度增厚之间呈现着正相关,通过有关检查对照可以发现其之间的密切联系。
Objective To compare the density and thickness of retinal vessels in macular region of myopic people in Shanghai by optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA),and analyze the correlation between them.Methods A total of 220 cases of myopia in Shanghai were selected as the research group.According to the characteristics of vision and lens degree,they were divided into mild myopia group,moderate myopia group,high myopia group and ultra high myopia group.In the process of grouping,the number of each group was completely consistent.The density and thickness of retinal vessels in the macular area were compared.At the same time,the correlation and correlation between them were analyzed.Results Compared with the other three groups,the retinal vascular density in the group of ultra-high myopia was significantly lower than that in the other three groups.In terms of thickness,the thickness of retina in each position of the ultra-high myopia group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups,and the degree of reduction was more obvious with the increase of myopia degree(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between macular fovea,retinal vascular density and thickness(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with different diopters,the same octa can show obvious differences in the density and thickness of retinal vessels in macular area.There is a positive correlation between the increase of density and thickness in related patients,and the close relationship between them can be found through the relevant examination and control.
