电厂机组空冷岛环境监测系统的研究与设计

摘要 文章针对电厂机组空冷系统在运行过程中由外界环境等因素造成空冷系统故障以及整体换热性能下降等问题,分析空冷岛环境在线监测的重要性。研究并设计了电厂机组空冷岛环境实时监测系统,实现了对现场环境参数的采集、传输、存储和展示。为后续对空冷系统运行状态分析、故障预警、优化换热性能等提供帮助。 Aiming at the problems of air cooling system failure and overall heat exchange performance degradation caused by external environment and other factors during the operation of power plant unit air cooling system,the importance of online monitoring of air cooling island environmentwas analyzed.A real-time environmental monitoring system for air cooling island of power plant units was studied and designed.The acquisition,transmission,storage and display of environmental parameters were realized.It provided help for the following analysis of air cooling system operation status,fault warning,optimization of heat transfer performance.
