摘要
我国复合型知识产权人才匮乏,严重制约创新型国家建设和知识产权强国战略实施。以美国为代表的发达国家知识产权课程教学积累了许多值得我国借鉴的先进经验,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学环境等层面不断完善我国知识产权人才培养模式,弥补当前我国高校知识产权课程教学的不足,满足国家对知识产权人才的需求。
The lack of compound intellectual property talents seriously have restricted the construction of an innovative country and the implementation of the strategy of building a strong intellectual property country in China.The developed countries,represented by the United States,have accumulated a lot of experiences in the property issue.From the perspectives of teaching concept,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching environment,we should learn from them a lot and reform our training mode of intellectual property talents to made up for the current deficiencies in the teaching of intellectual property courses in colleges and universities,and meet the needs of intellectual property talents in China.
