摘要
托育服务品质是近年来国家与社会关注的热点。本研究采用自编的《婴儿家庭托育服务品质需求调查问卷》,对S市431名0~3岁婴儿家长进行调查,结果发现家长十分看重托育服务的品质,其中全面细致的照顾是家长对托育服务的基本要求,卫生保健、环境设备和师资队伍是家长普遍关注的内容。家长背景、家庭结构、托育模式选择对家长的托育品质期望有影响。对此,应从家长实际需求入手,进一步加强制度建设,细化托育服务管理标准与办法,明确和强化主管部门的监管职责,同时注意提供多元化的服务供给,满足家长不同的托育需求,全面提升托育服务质量。
The quality of care and education service for 0~3 years old has been the focus of recent national and social attention.This study used the self-made“Infant Family Care and Education Service Quality Needs Questionnaire”to survey the needs of 431 parents of infants aged 0~3 in S City.It turned out that quality has become an important demand.Comprehensive and meticulous care is the basic requirement of parents.Health care,environmental equipment and faculty are parents’common concerns.Parental background,family structure,and choice of parenting model have influence on parental expectations of service quality.To improve the service,it needs to pay attention to the demands of parents,develop more detailed standards and systems,and provide diversified service supplies for different infant families.
