摘要
当前,建立完善的幼儿托育服务体系已经成为发达国家的普遍共识。美国的幼儿托育事业起步较早,近几十年来发展迅速,但依然面临着托育服务供给不足、不均,政府财政投入力度不够,家庭托育投入成本巨大,托育师资队伍工资待遇低、专业化程度有待提高等问题。对这些问题及成因的归纳分析,能为完善我国幼儿托育服务及保障提供一定的政策借鉴和启示。
At present, the establishment of a sound child care service system has become a consensus among developed countries. American childeare venture started earlier and has developed rapidly in recent decades. However, it is still facing the problems of inadequate and uneven provision of childcare services, insufficient government financial input, huge investment costs in family care, low salary of teachers, and a need to raise the level of specialization. Summarizing and analyzing these issues can provide some policy reference and inspiration for improving the services and guarantees of child care in China.
