摘要
"政行校企"多方联合成立跨企业培训中心。多方通过资源和核心能力的整合协同营造创新环境,以建立校企混编教学团队、专业设置与产业需求对接、课程内容和教学过程与真实生产场景对接等完善多方协同创新人才培养机制,共同培养应用型高技能人才。
The Government-Industry-University-Guild founded the cross-enterprise training center together.Each one of them put their strength and capabilities to cooperate for the innovational environment.The collaborative innovation mechanism furthered the educational quality of the applied high-skilled talents by forming the mixed teaching team,the major docking with the industrial demand,course content and teaching process docking with the real producing scene.
