摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一类新型内源性非编码RNA,因其具有的稳定性、保守性、丰富性等特点,有望成为人类疾病的生物标志物和靶向治疗靶点。研究表明,circRNA广泛参与类风湿性关节炎的发生发展。同时,circRNA表达的时空特异性与证候的动态时空特性相似,可为寻找特异性证候生物学标志谱提供新角度。本文就circRNA在类风湿性关节炎、circRNA与中医证候相关性等多方面对近期国内外的研究进行综述。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a new type of endogenous non-coding RNA.Due to its stability,conservatism and richness,it is expected to become a biomarker and targeted therapeutic target for human diseases.Studies have shown that circRNA is widely involved in the development of rheumatoid arthritis.At the same time,the spatiotemporal specificity of circRNA expression is similar to the dynamic spatiotemporal characteristics of syndromes,which can provide a new perspective for the search of specific syndromes biological marker spectrum.This paper reviews the research on circRNA in rheumatoid arthritis,the correlation between circRNA and TCM syndrome.
