摘要
盾构法施工的隧道开挖断面内有时会出现全断面高强度硬岩地层中存在带状夹芯层的特殊情况,虽然该现象比较特殊和少见,但对盾构的顺利施工会造成很大的影响,导致出现刀具异常损坏、掘进速度缓慢、掘进参数异常等状况。依托深圳地铁6号线二期工程某区间复合式盾构机在全断面高强度硬岩夹芯地层中施工的实际案例,对该种地层中盾构施工技术进行分析与研究。
There is special phenomena that full face of hard rock formations is intruded by soft interlay in TBM tunneling.Although this phenomenon is relatively special and rare,it will have a great impact on the construction of TBM tunneling.Generally,there will be abnormal cutter tool damage,slow advance speed,and abnormal TBM operation parameters,and etc.Shenzhen metro line 6 phase II is an actual case that a EPB TBM encountered with full face of hard rock formations intruded by soft interlay.On basis of this actual experience,this article is to analyze and study the TBM tunneling technology in this geology condition.
