摘要 Ti/Al层状复合材料在航空航天、汽车、军事武器领域具有广泛的应用前景.本试验采用真空热压炉制备Ti/Al层状复合材料,通过万能试验机进行不同变形量的拉伸试验和弯曲试验,并采用扫描电镜对Ti/Al层状复合材料界面变形情况进行表征.试验结果表明:热压制备的Ti/Al层状复合材料界面均匀平直,拉伸及弯曲变形过程均由微观裂纹萌生、裂纹扩展连接以及最终分层几个过程组成.拉伸变形最终会导致Ti/Al层状复合材料断裂失效,而弯曲达到最大变形量材料仍不会断裂,材料具有优良的塑性加工成形性能. Ti/Al laminated composites can be used widely in the fields of aerospace,automobile and military weapon.In this study the Ti/Al laminated composites were fabricated by hot-pressing in the vacuum furnace,and then tested at different tensile elongation and bending angles by universal testing machine.Meanwhile,the interfaces of the samples after deformation were observed by SEM.The results showed that the interfaces of the Ti/Al laminated composites were straight and uniform,and the processes of tensile and flexure included the initiating,extending and delaminating of cracks.The Ti/Al laminated composites broke out when stretched to the maximum elongation,while they could sustain large bending deformation without fracture.
