摘要
采用内爆法焊接工艺得到铝/钛双金属复合管,对样品结合界面进行了电镜扫描和力学特性测试。结果表明:结合界面呈微小波状结合、波幅变化较小,周期性变化规律相对于复合板不明显;该工艺得到的铝/钛复合管能承受较大塑性变形,结合质量能够满足后续使用要求。
The welding experiments of Al/Ti composite tubes were carried out by internal explosive welding method. Then interfacial zone of Al/Ti composite tube was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and mechanical properties test. The results show that the interface appears wave shape,the wave amplitude is small and interfacial wave has no good rule of periodic variation. No separation occurs during the tests,and the interface quality of composite tube satisfies the service requirement.
