摘要
分析了铜钛复合管的可焊性,提出了一种适合铜钛复合管焊接的独特坡口型式和氩弧焊接工艺,并通过X射线无损探伤、化学成分分析、拉伸性能试验、弯曲性能试验、金相组织检验、显微硬度分析和电化学腐蚀试验,研究了其焊接接头性能。结果表明:选取银基钎料BAg72Cu作为铜钛复合管的过渡焊接材料,并采用"氩弧焊打底+氩弧钎焊过渡+氩弧焊盖面"的焊接工艺方法可以得到具有理想的化学成分、微观组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的焊接接头。
A TIG welding technology with a unique groove for copper-titanium lined pipe was put forward based on the analysis of welding joints of copper and titanium. The welding procedure was fully introduced. The performance of the welded joint were studied by X-ray NDT, chemical analysais, tensile test, bending test, microstructure analysis, hardness test and bimetallic corrosion. The results show that the chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical property and anti-corrosion property of the welded joint obtained by TIG welding with proper process are excellent.
