摘要
伴随着社会群体性学历教育的不断提升,企业在任用人才的时候对于学历的要求也不断提高,因此也为高职师范院校的人才培养带来了诸多的挑战。高职师范院校专业认证便是一条重要的道路。师范类专业认证是对师范类专业培养条件及质量的全面检测,也是人才的选拔与淘汰。因此,专业认证背景下高职师范院校人才培养质量的提升尤为重要。分析了高职师范院校教师教育面临的机遇与挑战,在此基础上提出相应的优化建议。
With the continuous improvement of social group academic education,the requirements for academic qualifications of enterprises in the appointment of talents are also growing.Therefore,many challenges have been brought to the talent training of higher vocational normal colleges.Professional certification of higher vocational normal colleges is an important way to comprehensively test the training conditions and quality of teacher majors,as well as to select and eliminate talents.Therefore,under the background of professional certification,it is particularly important to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational normal colleges.This paper mainly analyzes the opportunities and challenges of Teacher Education in higher vocational normal colleges,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions on this basis.
